American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 amβ7 pm. Note that it does not open on Tuesday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Sacramento is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Sacramento is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

There is a very special mango smoothie here. It's a casual bakery experience that's exciting and delicious! I loved the sweetness and aroma of the mango smoothie the most. And I will keep coming back to try other treats.

I walked into T&5 Bakery & Cafe with a simple, responsible, Iβm-low-carbing-it plan: Get one dessert. Leave. That plan lasted approximately 14 seconds. The first thing I picked up was their fluffy cheesecake. This is not the dense, heavy cheesecake that sits in your stomach and makes you question your life choices. This one is soft, airy, and suspiciously easy to eat. I told myself Iβd save half for later. Yeah. There was no later. Ate the whole thing.π€·π»ββοΈ Next were the egg tarts β the petite ones with the flaky crust and silky custard. I thought ordering two was showing restraint and personal growth. It definitely was not. π€¦π»ββοΈ Then came the plot twist. I turned around and saw steamers. π³ Steamers. At a bakery. π€― Suddenly Iβm looking at fluffy buns and dumplings, and any remaining self-control quietly left my body. At that point, it felt downright irresponsible not to try these savory treats. What I appreciate most about T&5 is that itβs not just a bakery β itβs a full experience. You walk in thinking βdessert,β and walk out with sweet treats, savory dim sum, and absolutely no chance of low-carbing that day. Just be warned: if you go in telling yourself youβre only

I honestly wish I had found T5 Cafe & Bakery sooner. This place is absolutely charming. The space is cozy and beautiful, with European-inspired decor and a subtle fairy-tale vibe that makes you want to slow down and remember of your dreams. It feels perfect for a tea party with young girls, gentle teenagers, or even a newly met couple looking for a quiet, comfortable place to talk with some romantic feeling in the air. They have everything, coffee, fruit drinks, milk tea, pastries, cakes... and everything just feels thoughtfully done. What impressed me the most is the quality of the drinks. They honestly use all real fruits, not powders like most milk tea places, and they are very generous in each cup. The drinks thus taste fresh, rich, and natural, not overly sweet or artificial. The prices are about $0-$3 higher than typical milk tea shops depending on which drink, but honestly they're on par with customized Starbucks drinks or fresh juice places like Jamba Juice, and the value here is way higher. You're getting real ingredients, better nutrition, actual fruit and vitamins, and better flavor overall. From my very Asian mom mindset, this is excellent value for the money. I'm al

Iβve catered hundreds of weddings, and as a caterer, I love recommending great vendors when I find them. But this time was different β it was my wedding, and I finally got to just enjoy the day. Let me tell you, this was hands down the best damn wedding cake Iβve ever eaten in my life. It was absolutely beautiful, aesthetically stunning, and tasted even better than it looked. I canβt recommend T&5 Bakery enough!

I finally stopped by to try their fruit cake and also picked the Pork Sung Cake. As expected, both cakes are super fluffy, creamy, and not very sweet. I savored every bite. The lady I spoke with is very nice. Clean place, and they sell fresh. You have to be here to experience the place and aroma.
